"Clara, the Heart of the Commonwealth" officially joined the WooSox' "Mascot Menagerie"—Smiley Ball, Woofster the WonderDog, and Roberto the Rocket—at Polar Park on Saturday, May 25.

Clara, the WooSox' first female mascot, was inspired by Oxford native Clara Barton, an historic teacher, army medic, and nurse, who founded the American Red Cross on May 21, 1881. Clara pays tribute to Worcester's first responders.
