How long does it take to process and fulfill orders?
Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily and during the baseball season especially, please allow for up to 3 business days for your order to be picked, processed and fulfilled before being shipped out.
Custom jerseys, mystery boxes and any sale/clearance items also take 24-48 additional hours to process.
What shipping options do I have?
Local Pickup is free! Select local pickup to swing by the Team Store to pickup your package. Check the main page on our website for regular, non-game Team Store hours. Please note that for security reasons you cannot pickup a package during a game unless you have a ticket to the game.
Standard Ground is the least expensive form of delivery, which can take up to an additional 3-14 business days to arrive once the order has been processed and depending on where it is being shipping. This does not include international orders.
Express is priced a more than Standard Ground, however you will receive your order within 3 business days after we pick, process and fulfill your order. Please note that all Express Deliveries are Business Days only and do not include any weekends or Federal or Massachusetts state holidays.
Do you offer an expedited processing AND shipping service so that my package can arrive more quickly?
Choosing Express shipping minimizes delivery days, not order processing days so if you need it delivered fast, you would need to request that your order be "moved to the head of the line."
Generally that means that if you need the package within 7 business days, you need EXPEDITED PROCESSING AND SHIPPING rates. In this rare instances, please place your order using EXPRESS shipping and email the Director of Merchandise, Suizee Bailey, at firstname.lastname@example.org with your delivery request. We will calculate a faster carrier service if possible and invoice you for the difference in cost.
Please note that any other email boxes or communication methods are only monitored during normal business hours and therefore will not help in expediting processing and shipping.
How do I calculate my shipping and handling costs?
In order to calculate your shipping costs, simply place the item(s) in your shopping cart, go to checkout and enter your shipping address information and you can see the shipping costs for your desired item(s). Be sure to select the correct shipping method to calculate an accurate amount for your desired shipping.
What if you're sold out of an item I wanted?
We will make every attempt to list only in-stock items in, however there may be instances when a popular item may sell out quickly. Should this occur, a Team Store member will reach out to you to rectify the issue. Your credit card will only be charged for those items shipped.
In the event of any other issues with your order, we will e-mail you immediately to inform you of the situation. We will then wait up to 48 hours for your response and then move forward with the order as planned if we do not receive a response.
Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking # for your order in your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive it or need it resent, please email email@example.com.
The WooSox Team Store is not responsible for issues carriers experience once it has left our store. We strongly recommend you file a claim with the carrier if the tracking indicates the package is lost or there is a longer ship time than expected. Please be advised that ship times do not include weekends or holidays.
Do you ship to Canada or International?
Yes. Please use the International Shipping option on the order form. Note also that International Shipping is not trackable by us once it leaves the US and therefore shipping times cannot be estimated or promised. If you experience a delay, we strongly recommend you file a claim with the carrier.
