Please add this item to your cart in addition to each t-shirt that you would like customized. If you selected more than one t-shirt to be customized, please add a note explaining which shirt should have which name/number. This item is only good for customization of jerseys. T-shirts that are eligible for customization include:

100% Cotton
100% Polyester
Cotton/Poly Blends

Most of our t-shirts and infant onesies are made of the above materials. If we discover that the shirt you selected is not eligible for discount due to the fabric content, we will issue you a refund.

Notes about Customization:

Please allow an additional 48-72 hours to process orders with customization added. Personalized shirts are not eligible for exchange or refund - please check your spelling and number before submitting your order. Sublimated name and number not available at this time. Any players' likenesses will be denied. We reserve the right to deny customization requests and you will be notified via email or phone call if any change is needed.
